Corey Reaves is a rising senior with an Environmental Science major and a Geographic Information Sciences Minor. Originally from Burlington, he currently attends the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

“Through the Pavel Molchanov Scholars Program, I was fortunate to be paired with Sound Rivers because of my past work and interest in watershed protection and the importance of river/stream ecosystems,” Corey said. “As a water-quality intern, I am looking forward to making a positive impact on the community by processing samples for E. coli levels and taking part in exciting projects throughout the summer!”
