This year’s April Match campaign has surpassed what we thought possible.
We aimed for $50,000, and you showed us just how much you love the Neuse and Tar-Pamlico, blowing past that $50,000 goal by more than $15,000.
The total raised during this year’s April Match? $65,590.42.
And since some very generous supporters provided $50,000 to match every gift, dollar for dollar, you raised a total of $115,590.42.
That’s more than $100,000 that will fund investigations, water-quality testing, supplies, equipment, new trash traps, more Water Watch trainings and everything else Sound Rivers does to monitor and protect these beloved waterways.
We thank you, and your rivers thank you, for your overwhelming support.
