Trash trap gets 33 pounds lighter
Litter-Free Rivers, Sound Rivers, Tar-Pamlico Watershed

TAKING OUT THE TRASH: The self-named “Trashy Friends” cleaned out the Washington trash trap on Wednesday morning and removed 33 pounds of garbage from Jack’s Creek. This trap was the first of 10 trash traps installed in the Litter-Free Rivers fleet.
