SPLASH FOR TRASH: another success!
Environmental, Sound Rivers, Volunteers
Posted on August 4th, 2022
Greenville (noon) Rotary’s annual Splash for Trash, a clean-up of the Tar River, was another success this year. Sound Rivers’ Executive Director Heather Deck and water-quality intern Maddie Garrison were on hand to assist the clean-up effort, which took place July 30, on the Tar River between Town Common and Port Terminal. Thank you, Greenville (noon) Rotary Club for taking the trash out of the Tar!
If you’d like to host your own clean-up event, let us know! Email info@soundrivers.org.
