TAR-PAM TALK: Pamlico-Tar Riverkeeper Katey Zimmerman was invited to Washington (noon) Rotary Club’s meeting on Monday to talk about Sound Rivers' work and some of the big issues facing the Tar-Pamlico watershed. Included in Katey’s talk were wastewater issues, sediment and the emerging issue of data centers. Forty to 50 people were in the audience and were all really receptive and engaged in the information being shared, according to Katey. Pictured are Katey and club President Tom McCluskey.
