Riverkeeper attends data-center conference

DATA CENTER DATE: Pamlico-Tar Riverkeeper Katey Zimmerman (far right) met up with (left to right) Kevin Wilson, Joanna Rutter, Janice Bullock and Rashad Rahman at Environmental Justice Network’s data center conference in Greensboro last week. All are active in the Edgecombe Neighbors for Data Center Accountability group currently opposing a proposal for a $19 million, 900-megawatt data center in Kingsboro.
