Join Sound Rivers and Partners for Environmental Justice for a walk in Little Rock Creek at the Walnut Creek Wetlands Center in Raleigh. 

Learn about the storied environmental justice history of the Walnut Creek Wetland Center, and all about how wetlands work to keep our waterways clean and our communities safe from flooding impacts.

Participants will put on waders and get into the creek for an interactive discussion about water quality, flooding, local history, and visible indicators of healthy waterways and pollution concerns.

Waders will be provided for this walk!
