Tell Me About It Tuesdays is back at 7 p.m. on April 12 with “Partners for Environmental Justice’s Community Watershed Engagement.” Join Amin Davis for this interactive presentation about PEJ and their work advocating for environmental justice in southeast Raleigh since the mid-1990s, including the Walnut Creek Watershed Learning Network, a six-week community education and empowerment initiative that Partners for Environmental Justice launched in spring of 2021. In addition to being a PEJ board member, Davis is an environmental scientist and the state and local projects manager of North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Water Resources Development Grant Program.
