Splash for Trash is back! Everyone is invited to come down to the river for a Tar River clean-up on July 29. Always a popular event, Splash for Trash is a community service project hosted by the Greenville Rotary Clubs to promote recreational use and the clean up of the Tar River in Pitt County. By land and sea (*you’re encouraged to bring your own watercraft), participants will scour the shoreline and river for trash that can gathered up and put in its rightful place.
