NC Pipeline Watch Training - Rocky Mount

Event Date: November 19, 2018 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Pamlico-Tar Riverkeeper Forrest English will be leading a NC Pipeline Watch training on monitoring the Atlantic Coast Pipeline at the Medoc Mountain Group Sierra Club monthly meeting.

These trainings will get you oriented and provide you the information to get in the field and monitor currently ongoing construction of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline for pollution issues. We will talk about where the pipeline route is planned, what types of pollution control measures to look for, how to determine if those measures are working, and how to record and report problems. Maps and reference documents will be available at our trainings.

Monday, November 19th, training at the monthly Medoc Mountain Group Sierra Club meeting at the Englewood Methodist Church, 300 S Circle Dr off Sunset Ave, in Rocky Mount, from 7-8:30 pm – RSVP here
