Posted on April 28th, 2021
Publix in New Bern partnered with Sound Rivers’ Lower Neuse Riverkeeper Katy Hunt to clean up Lawson Park as their way of celebrating of Earth Day. Six Publix employees turned out on April 22 and picked up a whopping 140 pounds of trash collected on or near the water at Lawson Park in New Bern. Thank you, Publix, for helping us keep our waterways clean!
