For any of you who have had Jim Kellenberger’s sustainably raised, whole hog North Carolina BBQ, you know what a treat it is! For anyone who hasn’t, prepare yourself for deliciousness. Sound Rivers and Jim will be setting up outdoors at New Village Brewery the afternoon of December 12th from 4pm – 5pm during Oriental, NC’s “Spirit of Christmas” celebration.

All proceeds will support the important work of Sound Rivers and your Riverkeepers, protecting your waterways, keeping your water clean. As Jim K himself likes to say, “Have you had a glass of water today? Thank a Riverkeeper!

BBQ plates are $10 each, and pickup is 4pm – 5pm December 12th at New Village Brewery in Oriental, NC.

Please note:

•  All pre-paid orders (including those purchased on day-of, in person, before 3:30pm) will be given priority as food plates are prepped.
• If you would like curbside service, pre-payment (12/11 or earlier) is required to ensure you have details for that option.
• All pick up must occur from 4pm to 5pm on Saturday, 12/12.

*Masks are required when picking up food; all volunteers and staff will be wearing masks and social distancing when possible.
