Spring is here, and so are “boat days” on the Tar-Pamlico and Neuse rivers!
This week Pamlico-Tar Riverkeeper Jill Howell and Sound Rivers’ Environmental Projects Coordinator Clay Barber got out on the Tar River to make sure all was running well on the Riverkeeper’s Grady White. Sound Rivers’ boats need to be in good working order, so your Riverkeepers can head out to investigate a reported spill or algal bloom at a moment’s notice.
