New Bern Post-Florence River Cleanup
Event Date: October 27, 2018 - 10:00am to 12:00pm
Save the date for a fall cleanup in New Bern to help pull out some of the debris that has washed into our river as a result of Hurricane Florence!
10am* – Noon – Lawson Creek Park, New Bern, NC
*We will meet at picnic shelter 1 at 9:30am to get everyone on the water by 10am.
Want to reserve a kayak**? Email Corinne at development@soundrivers.org by October 26th – don’t wait, limited kayaks available!
**Children are welcome, but they must be able to paddle on their own, and must be at least 50lbs to reserve a kayak so they can fit into the PFDs we have available. Parent/Guardian must attend with any children under 18.
